Juiced Systems is the consumer electronics brand I’ve run since 2009: USB-C and USB4 hubs, multiport adapters, and docking stations for people who need more ports than their laptop ships with. The catalog runs about 50 SKUs across device-specific lines for Microsoft Surface and Apple MacBook, plus universal docks like the OctaneDOCK, a triple-display DisplayLink dock that drives three monitors from laptops that natively support one. Juiced is a Microsoft “Designed for Surface” OEM partner, one of a small group of accessory makers Microsoft certifies against its own hardware.
Behind the storefront, this is seventeen years of operating a hardware brand in the most competitive category on Amazon. I’ve handled the full lifecycle: sourcing and spec’ing products with overseas manufacturers, carrying inventory across product transitions (USB-A to USB-C to Thunderbolt to USB4), and managing the Amazon FBA machine — listing optimization, review and return dynamics, Buy Box economics, and the open-box channel that turns returns into margin instead of write-offs. The Shopify DTC side runs alongside it with free shipping over $100 and 30-day postage-paid returns, and is written for power users: fast, specific, honest specs, because this customer reads the datasheet.
Juiced is also where most of my software started. The catalog, inventory, and listing ops that go into keeping 50 SKUs accurate across two channels are what pushed me to build my own tooling — and what I still use as the proving ground for it.
What this demonstrates: sustained operation of a hardware brand through multiple platform generations, deep Amazon marketplace fluency, and the hard-won discipline of keeping a large accessory catalog correct.
